I finally got some satisfaction.

My mom said; " Ah, well Maryam, you are a better Photographer than I am. "

Word? Thank you, mom.

"Nah. It's true. I try but you make it happen."

Not to gloat but;
My Theory was right, I guess? She sometimes gives me some bizarre negative feed back to what I'd like to call my best work. Now, I see why.
